About NUSAMSBE
Governance and team
NUSAMSBE is led by three statutory bodies. The General Assembly, which brings together all full members, is the supreme body: it elects the committees, sets the main directions and approves the budget and reports. The Executive Committee handles day-to-day management and the implementation of programmes. The Supervisory Committee oversees the organisation's operations and reports every quarter.
The General Assembly meets in ordinary session once every six months. Every expense requires at least two signatures among the Legal Representative, the Executive Secretary and the Treasurer.
